| I am having trouble getting

It is best to have the most
recent version of the Java Virtual Machine installed on
your computer to make chat and webcam work. Click
here to get the latest version from Sun Microsystems.

| When I go to load a camera, all i get
is "Please Wait, Image Loading..." forever. |
This could be caused by several things.
First, try closing all browser windows, then restart your
browser. Next try clearing your browser's cache by deleting
files saved on your local drive. Each browser explains
how to do this under "help". Finally, make sure
that Java and JavaScript are BOTH enabled in your browser's
preferences. |

If you are on AOL, you must re-install (or
upgrade) to the latest version of Internet Explorer .
Windows users can do that here.
Macintosh Users can do that here. |
| After a while I get "This program has
performed an Illegal Operation...". |
Your browser is corrupt. You must Re-install
it.
